See what is working in your calling
Analytics covers one period across every call: what connects, how calls end, when to call, what happened to hand-overs, which campaigns, desks and numbers work, and whether the AI or your people convert more.
On every plan- When to call
- How calls ended
- AI and people side by side
A big spreadsheet is not an answer
Averages without counts
A great score on twenty hand-picked calls looks the same as one on four thousand.
Unfair comparisons
AI and people are measured in different ways, and someone draws the wrong conclusion.
Monday's report on Friday
By the time someone builds the sheet, the campaign has moved on.
How to read it
Set the filters
Dates, Answered by, Desk, Person, Campaign, Mode and Direction apply to every card and export.
Check the coverage
Score, QA and sentiment come from AI jobs that often run only on request. A line says how many calls they cover.
Read the cards
Anything under 20 calls is faded and sorts last, because one call moves it a long way.
Go to the calls
Open Call Logs with the same filters, or send it by email on a schedule.
One period, many questions
Headline numbers with their counts, the hours people answer, and how calls ended.
- A desk supervisor sees only their desks' calls.
- Converted counts only calls that connected, and a team's call counts for the team, not also for the agent inside it.
- Grades are dated by when the call happened.
When people answer (outbound)
AI against people
Warns you when analysis has read too few AI calls for this to be fair.
What you can do
Compare AI with people
A tab warns you when analysis has read too few AI calls for a fair comparison.
Timing
Outbound and inbound are kept apart. A best hour is named only when one hour has 20 outbound calls.
Export a card
Each card's export holds its own numbers. For the calls, download from Call Logs.
Scheduled reports
Daily, weekly or monthly by email, at the India times you set.
Wall view
Put it on a TV. A red bar means the numbers have stopped updating.
Who it helps
Business heads
What each campaign and desk really produces, on one page.
Floor managers
Hand-overs answered and missed, and people's logged-in time.
Campaign owners
The hours to call and how calls ended.

What it costs
- Analytics has no charge of its own. The AI jobs behind some numbers are charged on their own pages, when they run.

See every plan and rateWatch out for this
Do not compare AI only with People only while analysis has read few AI calls. A person's wrap-up always sets an outcome, and an AI call gets one only from analysis, so AI only reads low. Call on a missed hand-over rings a real customer and is billed.
It works with these
Analytics: questions
Are these times in my timezone?
Why do some numbers look faded?
Can it be emailed to me?
Does a filter change the exports?
Know what your calls are doing.
