From UP to Jharkhand, customers expect "aap", not a bulletin.
अपने ग्राहकों से उन्हीं की भाषा में बात कीजिए।
For EMI reminders, collections and rural outreach across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, in everyday Hindi, not news Hindi.
Talk to Riya, and ask for Hindi.
Riya starts in Hinglish in your browser, with no sign-up. Say "Hindi mein baat kijiye" and she follows you.
EMI, order, payment and plan stay in English, because that is what people say. The rest is plain spoken Hindi.
"Tum" reads as rude on a business call. Write "aap" throughout, with "ji" after a name.
Hindi is available on all four voice tiers, with ready-made templates for jobs like loan reminders, order delivery and course enquiries.
Across north and central India, the tone decides the call
Most customers here are used to being spoken to in Hindi. What they notice is whether the caller sounds respectful, and whether the Hindi sounds like theirs.
A reminder is a delicate call
Nobody likes hearing about a missed EMI. Said gently in plain Hindi, it is a nudge from someone reasonable. Said coldly, it is a threat.
Formal Hindi sounds like the news
"Masik kisht ka bhugtan" belongs in a printed notice. On the phone, people say "EMI ka payment", and your script should as well.
Respect in every line
One slip into "tum" and the customer stops listening. Write the respectful form in every sentence, including the ones that ask for money.
How the agent soundsजी, समझ सकती हूं। आप बताइए, EMI कब तक कर पाएंगे?Rural outreach needs simple words
A farmer in Bundelkhand and a shop owner in Patna do not need the same script as an office worker in Noida. Keep the words simple and the sentences short.
A date is worth more than an argument
When someone says they will pay tomorrow, the useful step is to note it and thank them. You set calling hours, within 9 am to 9 pm IST.
How the agent soundsठीक है जी, कल की date note कर ली। मैं WhatsApp पर payment link भेज देती हूं।Some calls need a person
A customer who disputes the amount wants to talk to someone. You can hand that call to a person on Professional and Enterprise.

How your agent can handle the calls that come up most in Hindi. These are examples, and you set the words.
Lead qualification
A home loan enquiry from someone in Lucknow.
Payment reminder
A two-wheeler loan EMI that is past its due date, in eastern Uttar Pradesh.
Customer support
A delivery question from a customer in Patna.
One language, many ways of hearing it
A Hindi script that works in Delhi may sound distant in Darbhanga or Bikaner. These are the differences worth checking on your own calls.
Many customers speak Bhojpuri, Awadhi, Marwari or Bundeli at home and Hindi on the phone. Simple Hindi travels well between them. Heavy Delhi slang does not.
"Haan ji", "nahi ji" and a name with "ji" soften almost any line. A script without them can sound curt even when the words are polite.
Hindi verbs show who is speaking. Our demo agents say "bhej deti hoon". If you choose a male voice, change the verbs in your script to match it.
Use "aap" throughout, with "ji" after a name. "Tum" reads as rude on a business call. Keep EMI, order, payment and plan in English. Formal Hindi for these words sounds like a news bulletin.
