Ring the right people again, not the whole list
A finished campaign leaves people behind: some never answered, some asked for a callback, some were interested. Re-churn counts everyone by how it last went, lets you pick, and shows who would be called before anything rings.
On every plan- Callback asked
- Interested
- Do-Not-Call: always left out
- You pick
A second round is usually a guess
Everyone gets rung again
The list goes back in whole, so people who said no hear from you twice.
The warm ones go cold
Someone asked for a callback last Tuesday. They are buried in a spreadsheet of results.
Nobody knows what it costs
A second round starts, and the bill is the first sign of how big it was.
From results to a new round
See how it went
Every contact sits in one group by their latest result: spoke to the AI, spoke to a person, or was not reached, and why.
Pick who to call
Tick the results you want, or start from a preset such as Callback asked. Then narrow it down.
Check before you start
See exactly who would be called, and the estimated cost if you are allowed to see costs.
Choose how
Make a new round as its own campaign, or call them again inside this one.
Who it would call
Results by group, with the count that would be rung before you confirm.
- A new round moves people into a new campaign, so the old one keeps its results and never rings them again.
- Call again in this campaign starts their attempts there from zero, and resumes a finished campaign.
- Someone already rung by a later round is not called here. Re-churn them from that round.

New roundWhat you can narrow by
Attempts
Only people this campaign has called up to a number of times.
Last called
Leave out anyone called recently, so nobody is rung twice in a day.
Priority
Only contacts at a priority you choose, from their latest scored call.
Source and list
Only contacts from one source, or one imported list.
Outcomes that count as done
Leave out people whose outcome means finished. Your workspace sets the default, and you can change it for one run.
Presets
Four starting points: no answer, callback asked, interested, and attempts used up. A preset only ticks boxes.
Who it helps
Campaign managers
A second round aimed at the people worth a second call.
Sales heads
Callbacks and interested contacts picked up, with results kept by round.

What it costs
- ₹3.5 to ₹8.5 a minute, by plan. Re-churn has no charge of its own. Each answered call is billed by the minute at your voice tier's rate.
- ₹0.88 a dial. A dial nobody answers can carry its own fee.
Included. Calls come out of your trial calls and minutes.
See every plan and rateWatch out for this
Both actions ring real customers, and every answered call is billed. Start with a small group, and listen to a few calls.
What stays your job
Do-Not-Call, refused consent and opt-outs are always left out, whatever you tick. Having the right to call everyone else stays your responsibility.
It works with these
Re-churn: questions
Can Re-churn ring someone on my Do-Not-Call list?
Does the old campaign lose its results?
New round, or call again in this campaign?
Does it call straight away?
Call back the people worth calling back.
Re-churn comes with campaigns, on every plan.
