Your recordings on your own server, named your way
Recording Sync copies each recording to your own SFTP, FTPS or FTP server, on a schedule or when you press Sync now. Build the folders and file names from pieces like date, campaign, agent and phone number.
From Professional- Copies, never moves
- Your own server
- Your folder and file names
Downloading by hand does not last
Someone has to remember
A ZIP each week works until the week it does not, and then there is a gap in your archive.
The names mean nothing to you
Your auditors look by month, campaign or agent. A file called by a machine's id is no help to them.
Long retention, small budget
You may need to keep calls for longer than your plan does, and on your own systems.
Setting it up
Connect your server
SFTP, FTPS or FTP, and press Test. An admin sets this up.
Design the paths
Build a folder and a file name from the list of pieces. The preview shows the real result.
Choose what and when
Filter which calls, set the schedule and a Start from date. Older calls go across only with Sync now and a date range.
It keeps itself up to date
Each recording is sent once. A file that fails is tried again later, and a run's history shows what happened.
The name builder and its preview
Folder and file templates on one side, what they make on the other.
- A sync copies. Your recordings stay with us as well, and nothing a sync does deletes them.
- Changing the pattern asks whether to send old ones again. Copies already on your server are never moved.
- A template without a unique part gets the call's short id added, and the screen says so before saving.

Date and time
Year, quarter, month, week, day, weekday, hour and more, on the India clock of when the call started.
Phone numbers
The customer's number, its last 4 digits or a masked form, and your own number used.
Who handled it
AI agent, AI team, staff member and campaign.
The call
Direction, channel, outcome, status, length, lead temperature and call id.
The contact
The contact's name and id, and the workspace name.
How it is written
Choose what replaces spaces and what stands in for a missing value. Two calls never share a name.
Who it helps
IT and compliance
An archive on your own server, laid out the way your people search.
Auditors
Files they can find by month, campaign or agent.
Managers
A sync an admin set up that they can run, without being able to point it at a new server.

What it costs
- The sync has no charge of its own. Your server and its storage are yours.
- ₹0.35 per minute. Per-speaker files, if you have them, are charged when recorded, not when synced.
Recording Sync is not on the free trial.
See every plan and rateWatch out for this
This sends real customers' voices off the platform, to a server you run. Plain FTP sends the password and the audio unencrypted, so prefer SFTP or FTPS. After three refused logins in a row the sync pauses itself until you resume it.
What stays your job
Your server's security, access and how long you keep the copies stay your responsibility. Our retention never reaches into your server.
It works with these
Recording Sync: questions
Does it move my recordings?
What if a file fails?
Are calls before the start date sent?
What format are the files?
Keep your archive where you keep everything else.
