Choose a voice tier
Pick the voice for each agent from what it must speak, what it costs per minute and what your plan includes.
Before you start
- The languages your callers actually speak.
- A rough idea of how many minutes you will use each month.
Start from the language
Standard speaks 17 languages. Premium speaks 16 languages. Ultra speaks 10 languages. Ultra Premium speaks 13 languages.
Hinglish is on Standard, Premium and Ultra Premium. Not every voice in a tier speaks all of its languages, so the agent editor shows what each voice speaks.

Compare the rates
A phone minute costs ₹3.5 on Standard, ₹4 on Premium, ₹7.25 on Ultra and ₹8.5 on Ultra Premium. A browser call on the same voice costs less, because there is no phone line.
What each adds: Standard, voice emotion, custom vocabulary, speaking speed; Premium, most natural turn-taking; Ultra, fastest replies; Ultra Premium, studio-grade voice.

Listen in the Voice Library
Filter by set, gender and language, and play them with the language your callers speak. A voice can sound wrong in a language it was not recorded in. You cannot pick a voice here: this page is for listening. A set with a lock can be heard but not used until your plan includes its tier.

Check your plan
Each tier starts on a plan: Standard from Starter, Premium from Professional, Ultra from Growth and Ultra Premium from Enterprise. Go live is refused if an agent's voice quality is not in your plan.

Work out what your minutes buy
Included minutes are Standard minutes, used by value. A minute on a dearer voice uses more than one, in proportion to its rate. Past them, talk time comes from your wallet at that voice's rate.

Decide for teams separately
A team on one call costs more per minute than one agent. On Standard and Ultra each teammate has its own voice. On Premium and Ultra Premium the team shares one voice, and the hand-off and the caller's context still carry over.

Set it in the agent, then test it
Open the agent, go to Setup and choose the voice under Engine. Save, then try it in the Live Call Console with your real script, and listen for numbers, names and prices. A new voice applies from the next call, and you can use a different tier for each agent.
Costs and what to watch
- Moving an agent to a voice in a dearer set moves its calls to that tier's price per minute.
- If you move to a plan that does not sell a voice your agents use, those agents stop calling until you switch them.
