Ring people when they usually answer
From the calls people picked up, the product learns the hours each contact usually answers. A campaign can then ring those people first when their window opens. Nobody is skipped or held back.
On every plan- Usually answers 6 to 8 pm
- Rung first when her window opens
- Never skipped
A call at the wrong hour is a call wasted
Everyone is rung at the same time
The whole list gets called from the top in the morning, whether they pick up then or not.
Busy people look uninterested
Someone who never answers at noon may answer every evening. A list cannot tell you that.
Your own dialling hides the answer
If you only dial at 11 am, most answers come at 11 am. That says when you dial, not when people pick up.
How it learns
Each answer counts
A completed call, in either direction, counts towards its India-time hour, kept apart for weekdays and weekends.
Every night it updates
It finds the two-hour window with the most answers for each contact.
Too few answers?
It uses contacts from the same source, then your whole workspace, ranked by answer rate.
The dialer re-orders
People whose window is open now come first. Everyone else follows in the same pick.
On a contact, and in a campaign
A contact shows when they usually answer. A schedule has the switch.
- Until someone has answered a couple of times, it shows the hours of contacts like them, marked as such.
- Analytics names a best hour for your workspace only when one hour has 20 outbound calls.

Schedule
What you control
On or off per schedule
Call people when they usually answer, on a schedule. Schedules made before it existed have it off.
Your calling hours still apply
It changes who is rung first in each round, never who is rung.
Who it helps
Campaign owners
The same list, with people more likely to pick up rung first.
Telecallers
A line on the contact saying when they usually answer.

See every plan and rateWatch out for this
It learns only from answered calls. A new list starts on fallback hours, and a brand-new workspace has little to go on.
It works with these
Best time to call: questions
Will someone be left out if their window is closed?
Does it call outside my hours if that is when they answer?
Do I pay for it?
How often does it update?
Call when they pick up.
Switch it on for one schedule and compare.
