Calling rules that really stop the call
A number on your Do-Not-Call list is never dialled, on every plan. Calls wait outside the 9 am to 9 pm India calling window. The Compliance page shows where you stand, and what is covered and what is not.
On every plan- 9 am to 9 pm, IST
- Do-Not-Call list
- Waits until the window opens
- Opt-out captured
A rule in a document does not stop a dial
An opt-out gets lost
A customer said stop. The note sat in a call, and the next campaign rang them anyway.
The clock is someone's job
A round started late runs into the night unless something stops it.
Numbers travel too far
Every telecaller can copy every customer's number, and every export holds them.
What happens before a call
The list
The number is checked against your Do-Not-Call list and the contact's own flag. Explicitly refused consent blocks too.
The clock
A call outside the window is not placed. It waits. Your own window can only narrow the platform's hours.
On the call
A recorded call opens with the notice you set, unless you turn it off. The agent does not volunteer that it is an AI, never claims to be human, and says it is a virtual assistant if sincerely asked.
After the call
With capture on, a caller who asks not to be called again goes on the list. It only ever adds numbers.
Where you stand
What is covered, by which agents, and the list itself.
- This screen reports. An agent's announcement and identity check are changed on the agent or team.
- A script from Start from a script does nothing until you paste it into the agent and save it.
- Masking hides numbers on screens and in downloads, not a number spoken on a recording.

Do-Not-Call
What you can set
Do-Not-Call list
View, add, import and export, on every plan. Allow calls again only when the person asked to hear from you.
Your calling window
Narrow the hours to your own, in the Cockpit.
Opt-out capture
Off by default. Works in English, Hinglish and Hindi, from what callers say.
Number masking
Show +91 98XXX XX210 to chosen roles. Admins and the owner always see full numbers.
Quiet hours for messages
Workflow messages wait out 9 pm to 9 am, unless you turn it off.
Emergency handling
With no hand-over list, an agent tells the caller to ring 112. Who is covered shows which agents have one.
Who it helps
Compliance officers
One screen for who is covered, and a list that always applies.
Owners
Hours and opt-outs enforced by the system, not by a reminder.
Team leads
Masked numbers for roles that do not need the full number.

What it costs
- No charge of its own. Stopping a call is never a paid extra.
The Do-Not-Call list and platform calling hours apply. The Cockpit is not on the free trial.
See every plan and rateWatch out for this
Allow calls again takes a number off the list at once: campaigns, the dialer and workflows can ring it from that moment.
What stays your job
These controls help you follow the rules. They are not a certificate. Consent, registry checks, sender registration and how your own people behave on calls stay your responsibility. Ask your own adviser what applies to you.
It works with these
Compliance controls: questions
Does this make me compliant?
Are the calling hours mine to change?
Does the list apply to my people's calls?
What happens to a STOP on WhatsApp?
Put the rules where they stop the call.
The list and the calling window are on every plan, from the free trial.
