Newer languageTest before you rely on it

Sindhi is still new on our platform and awaits more real-call checks. Try it on your own list, with a native speaker listening.

Standard, PremiumWhere you can use it

Sindhi is available on Standard and Premium voices. There is no ready-made template yet, so you write the script.

Tavhan, saeenThe respectful forms

Use "tavhan" with customers, and "saeen" where your brand does. Both carry real respect in Sindhi.

Why Sindhi matters

A language without a state of its own

Sindhi speakers in India live in cities and towns across several states, with no single home region. Reaching them starts with your customer list, not a map.

Your list

Target people, not places

A Sindhi call makes sense when you know the family speaks it. A whole state does not. Start from the customers you know, not the region.

Traders

Business runs in the family

Many Sindhi families in western India are in trade and retail. A call in their own language about an order or payment is a mark of respect.

Short lines

Keep it simple

A newer language is best tested with short sentences. They are easier for a native speaker to check, and easier for the customer to follow.

How the agent soundsسلام سائين. توهان جي order بابت call آهي. ڇا هاڻي ڳالهائي سگهون ٿا؟
Two scripts

Know how your reviewer reads

In India, Sindhi is written in Perso-Arabic and in Devanagari. Your customers only hear it, but your native reviewer should see a script they can check.

Reminders

A good first job to try

A short reminder has a clear script and an obvious result, which makes it a sensible first test before you try sales calls.

How the agent soundsڪو مسئلو ناهي. مان WhatsApp تي payment link موڪليان ٿي.
Hindi at home too

Not every Sindhi family uses Sindhi

Some customers may prefer Hindi or Gujarati. The agent stays in Sindhi unless you turn on Multilingual mode, which lets it follow them.

Conversation nuance

How to try Sindhi sensibly

This language is newer on our platform, so treat your first calls as a test. These steps will show you quickly whether it fits your customers.

Find a reviewer first

You need a native speaker who can read your script and judge your calls. Do this before anything else, since you cannot judge it yourself unless you speak it.

Sindhi sounds that Hindi does not have

Sindhi has sounds of its own that a listener will notice. Ask your reviewer to check these on real calls, and rewrite anything that comes out wrong.

Verbs show the speaker's gender

Our demo agents say "موڪليان ٿي". If you choose a male voice, change the verbs in your script to match it.

Set it in your script

Use "tavhan" with customers, and "saeen" where your brand does. Test real calls before you rely on it. There is no ready-made template in Sindhi yet.

Everywhere you call

Sindhi travels with the call.

Inbound calls

A customer rings your number, and the agent picks up.

Web calls

A visitor talks from your website, with no phone needed.

Workflows

The next step runs from what was said on the call.

One agent speaking Sindhi, with the script, the next step and the hand-over in one place.

Outbound calls

The agent rings your lead, within your calling hours.

Campaigns

A whole list, with each result saved on the contact.

Your team

A person takes over and reads what has been said.

Priya, this is Sunrise calling about your clinic appointment. Can we talk now?

Course enquiryExample
سلام، توهان course بابت پڇيو هو. هي Sunrise کان ڪال آهي، ڇا ٻه منٽ ڳالهائي سگهون ٿا؟

FAQ

Sindhi questions, answered.

Which voice tiers speak Sindhi?
Standard, Premium. What you can use also depends on your plan: Standard is on every plan, Ultra starts at Growth, Premium at Professional, and Ultra Premium is on Enterprise.
Are there ready-made Sindhi agents?
Not yet. You can still set any agent to Sindhi, write your own greeting, or describe the job to Build with AI.
Can the agent follow a customer who changes language?
Yes, if you turn on Multilingual mode for that agent. It then replies in the language the caller speaks. Without it, the agent stays in the language you chose.
Can we change the tone and questions of Sindhi calls?
Yes. You set the greeting, questions, level of formality, objection handling, when to hand over, and which details to capture, for each agent.
How do I check the Sindhi before customers hear it?
An agent takes test calls only until you press Go live. Call it yourself in your browser, ideally with a native speaker from your team, and adjust the script.
Does it connect to our CRM?
From the Growth plan, you can connect a CRM and your own WhatsApp or SMS account. Workflows decide what happens after each call, and you can test them first.
Can a person take over the call?
Yes. On Professional and Enterprise, the call can move to a person on the right desk with a private brief, and desks can have their own language.
