We assume a working month of 26 days at 8 hours, and that a share of each shift (40% by default) is real talk-time, the rest going to dialling, waiting and wrap-up. That sets how many calls one person can make.
What the same volume costs each way
To make your target calls with people, we work out how many telecallers you’d need at your fully-loaded cost. For AI, it’s simply the minutes spoken at your per-minute rate. The gap is your saving.
