Dial for your people, and connect them when someone answers
A power campaign rings your list for a desk of your staff. When a customer answers, the call goes straight to a free person who joined it, with no AI on the line. It rings no more customers than there are free people.
Not on a plan yetThe power dialer is off on every plan today. It is built, and only test workspaces can use it while a load test is outstanding. Tell us if you want it when it opens.
- No AI on the line
- Goes to the next free person
- Nobody free: a callback
Dialling is where a telecaller's day goes
Most of the day is ringing
A telecaller dials, waits, gets no answer, and dials again. The talking is the small part.
Lists move at the pace of a finger
Each person works their own slice in their own order. Retries depend on memory.
Not every call should be an AI
Some conversations want a person from the first word. You still want the list worked for you.
How a power campaign runs
Choose a desk
Create a campaign in power mode for one desk. Targeting, schedules, calling hours, Do-Not-Call and retries work like any campaign.
People join it
A desk member joins from the Workspace. Calls then arrive one after another and connect without a click.
It paces to who is free
It keeps at most one call ringing for each joined person who is Available, off a call and past wrap-up.
A customer answers
The call goes to a free person, through the desk's routing. If it is recorded, the recording notice plays first.
Nobody free?
The customer hears a short hold line. If nobody comes, they hear an apology, the call ends, and a callback is booked to your list.
The floor while a power campaign runs
Who has joined, who is free, what is ringing, and calls that nobody was free for.
- A joined person cannot dial by hand until they leave. A break or going Offline leaves it.
- A call nobody was free for shows as Abandoned, callback booked.
- There is no live transcript on these calls.
What you set
Hold line and longest hold
How soon the hold line plays, and how long a customer may wait before the callback.
Gap after wrap-up
How long after saving before the next call can reach someone.
Lines it may use
A share of your calls at once that never includes your last line, so AI calls and incoming calls keep room.
The switch
Off in Settings, Hand-over, stops power campaigns ringing new customers at once.
Who it is for
Telecalling floors
More time talking and less time dialling, with the list worked in order.
Floor managers
Live counts of who has joined, who is free, and which calls were not connected.

What it costs
- ₹1.5 a minute. A connected call bills at your plan's staff-call rate from the customer's answer. No AI price applies.
- A call nobody was free for bills its line minutes only, at the same rate. A call nobody answered is recorded as failed, and nothing is billed.
Not on the free trial.
See every plan and rateWatch out for this
A power campaign rings real customers and connected calls are billed. If nobody is free, a customer hears a hold line and may be asked to wait for a callback, so run it with enough people joined.
What stays your job
Consent, registry checks and what your people say on these calls stay your responsibility. The product enforces your Do-Not-Call list and calling hours.
