Run your first campaign
Bring in a list, set when it may ring, start small, and listen before you scale.
Before you start
- A Live agent or AI team. A draft takes test calls only.
- A short list of people who expect to hear from you, and your own consent records.
Bring your contacts in
In Contact Sources, press Add source and pick CSV Upload, Google Sheets, Meta Lead Ads or Manual Entry. A contact is matched by phone number, so importing a number again updates the person. Past your plan's contact limit, new rows are saved but held, and they are never called until you raise the limit.

Add the fields your script uses
If the agent needs an amount or a due date, add it in Contact Fields. Name your spreadsheet columns with those keys and they fill the right field without matching. Press Save in the bar at the bottom.

Check who must not be called
Add opt-outs to the Do-Not-Call list in Compliance. A number on it is never dialled, whatever a campaign says. It is your own list: national registry checks are not built in and stay your responsibility.

Make a schedule
In Campaigns, make a new schedule. Set the Calling windows in India time, the Days, Who to call, Max contacts, Attempts, Retry days and Calls at once. For a first run, set Max contacts low. After each call can start a workflow, such as a CRM update.
Editing a schedule later changes every campaign that uses it, from their next round of calls.

Create the campaign
Press New campaign, name it, choose who talks to the customer and pick the schedule. With no schedule, a running campaign rings whenever your calling hours allow. A new campaign is a draft, so nothing rings yet.

Start calling, on a small list
Press Start calling. The dialog says what it costs: every answered call is billed per minute, and a dial nobody answers can carry its own fee, from ₹0.88, on your plan. Calls are placed only between 9 am and 9 pm IST.

Listen, then scale
Watch calls in Live Calls and read them in Call Logs. If nothing is going out, Why aren't calls going out? checks each reason in order and says what fixes it. When the calls sound right, raise Max contacts. Re-churn calls people again by how it last went with each, and always leaves out Do-Not-Call numbers.
Costs and what to watch
- Start, Manual dial and Re-churn ring real customers.
- A campaign can pause itself, for example when the wallet runs out or its agent is deleted. It says why, and Resume helps only once that is fixed.
- Consent and your sector's calling rules stay your responsibility.
