When a caller needs a person, the right person joins the call
The AI rings the people you listed, in your order. The person hears a private brief while the caller waits on hold, then joins the same call. The caller does not have to explain it all again.
From Professional- Private brief first
- Caller stays on the line
- Person joins the call
A bad transfer undoes a good call
The caller starts again
A cold transfer lands on someone who knows nothing. The caller repeats everything, more annoyed than before.
The transfer rings into nothing
One number, one person at lunch. The caller waits, then gets cut off, and nobody knows they tried.
Your staff walk in blind
They pick up without knowing who this is, what was said, or why the AI stopped.
What happens on the call
The trigger
The caller asks for a person, or your rule fires, such as a set number of upset turns.
The ring chain
The AI goes through your list: a number, a teammate, whoever is free, or a desk. Each step has its own ring time.
The brief
In a warm hand-over the person hears who is calling and why, privately, while the caller is on hold. A blind hand-over skips this.
The call continues
The person joins the same call. They record an outcome afterwards, and it lands on the contact.
What your person sees when it rings
The offer arrives on their Workspace, with why the AI is handing over and what has been said so far.
- While Available, hand-overs ring on any page of the dashboard, as long as one tab is open.
- Answer in the browser or on a mobile. A mobile leg is a second phone call, and is billed.
- The call stays on one record: the AI's part and the person's part are kept apart.
Sample caller wants to change the delivery address and asked for a person.

The list
You set the rules
Who, in what order
A list of steps per agent or team, each a phone number, a teammate, the free pool or a desk. Skills can narrow the pool.
Warm or blind
Warm introduces the caller. Blind steps back at once.
Nobody answers
Offer a callback, take a message for the team, or just keep helping.
On-hold wording and timings
A workspace default in Settings, Hand-over. An agent or team can set its own.
Call card
A link texted to the person who answers, with who is calling, why and their last calls.
Recording notice
Whether the recording is announced again when the person joins.
Who it helps
Telecallers
A brief before they speak, and a call that is already warm.
Floor managers
Hand-overs that follow the list, with missed ones on a callback list and in Analytics.
Callers
One conversation, not two.

What it costs
- ₹1.5 a minute. A person's minutes on a handed-over call, and the caller's wait on hold for your team, are charged at the staff-call rate. The AI's minutes stay at the voice rate.
- ₹1.5 per minute. Each minute of the second call when a hand-over rings someone's mobile.
- ₹1.4 per minute. Each minute a person on the call is transcribed live.
The trial can hand over to one number. The full chain is not included.
See every plan and rateWatch out for this
Every hand-over rings a real person's phone, and a call to a mobile is billed per minute while they are on it. A list with nobody Available still rings out, so set what happens when nobody answers.
It works with these
Hand-over to a person: questions
Does the caller hear the brief?
What if nobody answers?
Do my staff need the Workspace?
Can I hand over on the cheaper plans?
Give the hard calls to a person, with the story attached.
