Let your agent meet a hard customer before a real one does
Simulation Lab plays whole conversations between your agent or team and AI customers who stall, argue and wander off topic. Each one is graded on your QA scorecard. No number is dialled and nothing is sent.
From Professional- No number dialled
- Angry customer
- Graded on your scorecard
Real customers are an expensive way to test
You only try the easy path
Whoever built the agent tests it politely. A real caller interrupts, refuses and asks about something else.
A prompt fix can break something else
You fix one reply and quietly change another. Without a repeatable test, you find out on a live call.
Testing by hand takes the whole day
Playing ten difficult customers yourself, after every change, does not get done.
A rehearsal, start to finish
Pick the customers
Choose from a library by industry, such as angry, stalling or off topic, or write your own.
Run it
Your agent or team plays whole text conversations against them. A team rehearsal runs the greeter, the routing and each specialist.
Read the grades
Each conversation is scored on your QA scorecard, with what the customer was there to test.
Change and run again
Pass rate by run shows whether your change helped, and the latest run names each customer that scored lower than before.
A suite, run after run
One row per hard customer, its grade on your scorecard, and what got worse since the last run.
- A run that did not finish says why on its row, and is not charged.
- Evals check set answers to set questions. The Lab plays whole conversations.
- Treat a fail as a real problem, and a pass as ready to try on a real test call.
Pass rate by run
No number was dialled. Nothing was sent.
What you can set
Your own customers
Write a scenario, how they behave and what they want. Switching one off keeps its results.
Who rings whom
Each customer says whether they call in or you call them.
Language
The customer speaks your agent's or team's language.
Agent Coach
Turns failed rehearsals and graded calls into suggested changes to the agent. You apply the ones you agree with, and a version is saved first.
Who it helps
Whoever builds the agents
A repeatable test to run after every prompt change.
Operations heads
A check before a new agent goes near a real list.
Compliance and QA
Hard cases graded on the same scorecard as real calls.

See every plan and rateWatch out for this
A pass is the AI's judgement of an AI conversation, in text. It runs on the agent's own model but without its knowledge base or tools. It is a strong signal, not a guarantee.
It works with these
Simulation Lab: questions
Does it call anyone?
Does it test the voice?
Can my people practise on it?
Does it use my knowledge base?
Find the bad answer before a customer does.
Rehearse an agent against hard customers, then try the survivor on a test call.
