Let a new telecaller fail on a practice call
An AI customer calls your person on the same screen they use for real calls, with a made-up account and a script. It rings nobody real. They can have their part graded on your staff scorecard.
From Professional- AI customer, not a real one
- Made-up account
- Your part graded
Most people learn on real customers
Training ends at the first live call
A new hire reads a script, then practises on someone you would like to keep.
Role play runs out of patience
A senior can play a difficult customer a few times. Nobody can do it for a whole batch, every day.
Nobody sees the improvement
Without a record, you cannot tell if someone is getting better or just getting used to it.
How a practice call runs
Give them access
A manager gives the person Practice calls in Team Members. Nobody has it until it is turned on, the owner included.
Press Practise
Pick a customer. The AI customer rings on the Workspace screen, in the person's Main language unless they pick another.
Work the call
Use the real screen with a made-up account. The person shows as Busy, Practice, which is counted with breaks and never as time on calls.
Get a grade
Ask for a grade on your staff scorecard. Managers see the practice calls and grades, read only.
A practice call on the real screen
The same dialpad and call screen, marked Practice, with a made-up account.
- The outcome recorded stays with the practice call. It never reaches a contact or a report.
- A practice stops at 12 minutes.
- Practice audio, when recorded, is kept 30 days. After 180 days a practice call keeps its grade but not its words.
Made-up account. Not a real person. Nothing here reaches a contact or a report.

Your part, graded

It works with these
Voice practice: questions
Could a practice call ring a real customer?
Does it use a real customer's record?
Is it the same as the Simulation Lab?
Do practice grades count against someone?
Train on the real screen, with nobody real on the line.
Ask us to show you a practice call.
