Know which calls deserve a person today
After each call, Call Scoring reads the conversation against your questions and marks it High, Medium or Low. Then it shows whether your High calls really convert better, and which of them nobody has called back.

Every lead looks the same in a list
The keen buyer waits behind the rest
A list sorted by date gives your best lead the same place as a wrong number. Your team rings in order, and the warm one cools.
Scores nobody believes
A score is only useful if a High really sells better than a Low. Most teams never check, so nobody trusts it.
Hot leads get lost after the call
An agent has a great call and nothing happens next. Nobody sees that it needed a person.
How a call gets its score
Set your rules
Write the questions that matter to you, with their weight, or apply a ready-made template. Set the thresholds for High and Medium.
A call ends
It is read against those rules, and gets its outcome, score and summary. Very short calls get a fixed outcome and are not analysed or charged.
Check that it predicts sales
The page compares how each band converts. A band with too few calls shows no rate on purpose.
Act on the High ones
See which High leads still need a call. Ring one, add them to a campaign, or let a workflow start from the lead score.
Does a High really sell better?
Bands side by side, a coverage line, and the High leads still waiting for someone.
- If High does not convert better than Low, change your rules, not your agents.
- Short calls, test calls and calls made while scoring is off have no score.
- The score is the lead's. Converted comes from the outcomes you marked Counts as a success.
Coverage: how many calls have a score is shown first.

Questions and weights
A question where yes is bad news needs Counts against the lead switched on, or yes earns points.
Thresholds
Where High and Medium start. Changing them affects calls that end after you save.
Whose rules
A default, or an agent's or team's own. Own rules replace the default entirely.
Required questions
A required question that scores nothing holds a call at Medium, whatever the total says.
Automatic or off
Call outcome and summary is Automatic or Off in Call Settings. With Off, you can still analyse one call from its details.

- ₹0.53 per call analysed. Charged for each call analysed. A flat price, whatever voice the call used.
- Calls under 15 seconds, or where the caller barely spoke, get the outcome "no response" and are not charged.

See every plan and rateWatch out for this
Call outcome and summary starts on Automatic, so every answered call that qualifies is analysed and charged. Applying a template replaces your criteria and both thresholds, with no undo. Ring and Add to a campaign reach real customers and are billed.
It works with these
Call Scoring: questions
Does changing my rules re-score old calls?
Why does a call with a low total show Medium?
Can I turn this off to save money?
Can a score start something automatically?
Ring the warm ones first.
