Your data stays in India
Calls, recordings and transcripts are processed and stored in Indian regions. Where a subprocessor is outside India, it is named on the subprocessors page.
One tenant cannot see another
Every query is scoped to the organisation that owns the record. Cross-tenant access is treated as a security defect, not a bug.
Consent and DND are enforced, not advisory
The platform refuses to dial a number on a DND list or outside the permitted calling window, and records the reason on the call.
Secrets are encrypted at rest
Provider API keys and channel credentials are encrypted in the database with a key the application never logs.
Is the platform up right now?
The status page checks the database, cache and voice servers live, on request. It shows no uptime percentage, because we do not keep the history that would make one honest. Check current status →
