One screen for your telecallers to dial, talk and save
Your people sign in to a big dialpad. On a call it becomes a call screen, with the customer's record, the controls and the outcome to save. It also takes the calls your AI hands to a person.
From Professional- Available
- Customer record
- Save the outcome
A telecaller's day is scattered
A dial, a sheet and a notebook
Numbers in one place, history in another, notes on paper. A good call leaves nothing behind for the next person.
Nobody knows who is free
A manager walks the floor to find out. A break looks the same as being on a call.
Personal phones hold your customers
Calls from a personal mobile leave no recording, no record, and no number your business owns.
A telecaller's call
Go Available and dial
Type a number or find a customer by name. Press Call, or Enter. A number on your Do-Not-Call list is refused.
The call screen opens
The customer's record is on the left with their calls and messages. Call controls are on the right.
Save the outcome
Fill it in while you talk, or after. Hang up and save ends the call first.
Back to the dialpad
After this call decides your status on Save: what you were before the call, unless you pick another.
The dialpad, and the call screen
The two modes of one page. It switches by itself when a call starts or a hand-over arrives.
- Break and Offline only stop hand-overs ringing. You can still dial.
- Ask for help tells your supervisors. You see on screen when one is listening or whispering.
- Callbacks, My calls and Coaching are pages of their own beside the dialpad.
Outcome
What managers can set
Whose data they see
Own, My team or Everyone. A telecaller sees the contacts given to them, the ones they have called and their callbacks.
Number masking
Show +91 98XXX XX210 to a role. Call, callbacks and redial still ring the real number.
Break reasons and limits
Your list of reasons. A break past its limit is flagged on the floor. Nothing ends a break by itself.
Recording and the notice
Whether Workspace calls are recorded, on plans that include recording, and whether the notice is played.
Who may practise
Give someone Practice calls in Team Members, and an AI customer rings them on this same screen.
Which number they call from
Their own number if they hold one, their desk's otherwise, or a picker for those allowed.
Who it helps
Telecallers
One screen with the customer in front of them, and a list of what they promised.
Floor managers
Who is free, on a call or on a break, with every call on record.
Owners
Calls on your business's numbers, with outcomes on your contacts.
Which plan has it, and what it costs
| Plan | Starter₹999 a month | Growth₹2,999 a month | Professional₹7,999 a month | Enterprise₹28,000 a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Workspace | Not included | Not included | Included | Included |
| Staff on the call floor | Not included | Not included | Up to 25 people | Unlimited |
| Workspace calls recorded | Not included | Included | Included | Included |
What it costs
- ₹1.5 a minute. A manual dial bills only at your plan's staff-call rate, once the customer answers. No AI price applies. It comes from included minutes first, then your wallet.
- ₹1.4 per minute. A recorded Workspace call is also transcribed live, charged per minute when your plan prices it.
- ₹600 a month. Calling from the Workspace needs a number of your own. Rent applies beyond your plan's allowance.
The Workspace is not on the free trial. Staff calls are not part of the trial.
See every plan and rateWatch out for this
Call, a click on a number and Call on a callback ring a real customer and are billed once they answer. Do not call puts the number on the Do-Not-Call list for everyone. Reloading the page during a call hangs up on the customer, so your browser asks first.
