Ring your whole list without anyone dialling
Pick a list, an agent or team, and a schedule. A campaign rings your contacts inside the hours you allow, tries again by your rules, and shows how far it has got.
On every plan- Rings your list
- Inside your schedule
- Do-Not-Call left out
A list on a spreadsheet does not call itself
Your list is bigger than your day
Your people get through part of it. The rest waits, and goes stale.
Retries depend on memory
Who did not answer? When do you try again? Without a system, the answer is whoever is on top of the sheet.
Calls go out when they should not
Someone on your Do-Not-Call list gets rung, or someone gets rung at the wrong hour.
Running a campaign
Create it
Choose contacts, an agent or team, and a schedule. A new campaign is a draft, and nothing rings until you press Start.
It calls
Inside its days and hours, India time, up to the lines the schedule allows. Do-Not-Call is left out.
Watch and adjust
Progress counts people rung, out of the people it may ring. Pausing stops new calls, and calls already ringing finish.
Go round again
Re-churn calls people again by how it last went with each, in a new round or in the same campaign.
How far each campaign has got
Progress, who answers, what it cost so far, and whether it stopped by itself.
- Paused itself means calling stopped on its own, such as an empty wallet, and the campaign says why.
- Converted counts the outcomes you ticked Counts as a success. It is not the lead score.
- With no schedule, a campaign may ring at any hour your calling window allows.
Wallet ran out. Add credits, then press Resume.
Why aren’t calls going out?
What you set
Schedules
Days, hours, lines and retries. Editing a schedule changes every campaign using it, from their next round of calls.
Who is rung
Your list, up to Max contacts. Sources and fields narrow it.
Done outcomes
Re-churn leaves out contacts whose outcome is ticked Stop calling. You can change this for one run.
A/B test
Test against a second agent or team on a share of the contacts.
Best time
Ring people first when they usually answer.
Why aren't calls going out?
Owners and admins can check every reason a call is held, in order, with what fixes each.
Who it helps
Sales and renewals teams
A whole list called, with your people talking to the ones who said yes.
Collections teams
Reminder rounds inside the hours you allow, with promises captured.
Operations
One place to start, pause and see why something stopped.

- ₹0.88 a dial. A dial nobody answers can carry its own fee. The Start dialog says how much on your plan.
Included, within the trial's calls and minutes, on the Standard voice and shared numbers.

Start and Re-churn ring real customers. Start a new agent on a small list, listen to a few calls, then scale. A low wallet or a paused campaign stops calls until someone acts.
What stays your job
You need a lawful reason to call the people on your list. Consent and registry checks stay with you. The product enforces your Do-Not-Call list and calling hours.
It works with these
Campaigns: questions
Can it ring someone at midnight?
What does Re-churn do?
Do I need my own number?
Why did my campaign stop?
Start small, listen, then ring the list.
A new campaign does nothing until you press Start.
