Your agent picks up where the last call stopped
When someone calls again, the agent already knows when you last spoke, how it ended, and any open callback or promise. It continues the conversation instead of starting cold.
On every plan- Knows the last calls
- Open callback remembered
- No starting over
Nobody likes explaining twice
Every call starts from zero
The caller said it all yesterday. Today they say it all again.
A promise goes unmentioned
They promised to pay on Friday, or asked for a callback. The next call acts as if that never happened.
Private details need care
Knowing a customer's history is useful only if it is not read out to the wrong person.
How it works
A known contact calls or is called
The agent gets a short brief of that person's last few calls.
The brief
When each was, who called whom, how it ended and what was said, with any open callback and latest promise to pay.
Only what is worth saying
An unanswered attempt says nothing about the person, so it is left out.
The identity check holds it back
With the check on, the agent keeps all of it to itself until the caller is verified.
What the agent is told
A short brief, for this contact only, before the first word.
- It only ever reads this contact's own records, in your workspace.
- With no number match, there is no contact and no memory.
What you control
On or off
Remember returning callers is on by default, in Call Settings. An agent or team can set its own.
How far back
How many past calls the agent remembers, from 0 to 10.
Identity check
Switch it on for anything sensitive, with how many wrong answers are allowed.
Who it helps
Callers
An agent that knows what they already said.
Collections and support teams
A follow-up call that mentions the promise or callback.

See every plan and rateWatch out for this
With analysis off, past calls carry less to remember. Memory is on by default, so if a line of business needs silence until the caller is verified, switch on the identity check.
What stays your job
Decide what your agents may mention, and when. Your own privacy notice stays yours to give.
It works with these
Caller memory: questions
Does it remember across agents?
Can I switch it off?
Will it read private details to a stranger?
Does it cost extra?
Never ask twice.
It is on by default. Try a second test call and hear it.
