What it costs
- ₹3.5 to ₹8.5 a minute, by plan. AI calls, by voice. A connected call has a short minimum, shown on the pricing page.
- ₹1.5 a minute. Your people's calls and the wait on hold for your team.
- ₹2.5 to ₹7.5 a minute, by plan. Calls from the web widget and browser tests.
- ₹0.25 a minute. Calls that looked something up in a knowledge base, for every billed minute.
- ₹0.88 a dial. A dial nobody answered, where your plan prices it.
- ₹600 a month. Each phone number beyond your plan's allowance.
Includes trial calls and minutes. Trial use shows on the same ledger.

When the wallet runs out, calls stop. When a charge is bigger than your balance, the rest is owed: your next top-up settles it first. If your plan ends, number rent stops too, but your numbers are kept for only 30 days.
